Customers are billed quarterly and will receive four billings each year. Your billing date will vary depending on where you are located within our service area. Your billing is calculated to cover approximately 91 days of usage. The number of days may vary due to weekends and holidays. Prepaid base facility charges are always billed in advance for the upcoming quarter.
