Transferring Service
All commercial applicants are required to complete
Industrial Pre-Treatment and New User Surveys. In an effort to limit the amount
of time you are required to spend in our office with your service request, you may
electronically submit, fax, or mail your Industrial Pre-Treatment and New User Surveys
and the New Service Application.
