To disconnect service to your residence via the Web, you must click on the link
and complete the required fields.
Request for service disconnection must be made at least
two (2) business days in advance of when you would like your service disconnected.
Most customers may discontinue their service over the phone. To discontinue
service to your residence, please contact our office at least two (2) business
days in advance of when you would like to have service discontinued.
You must be able to:

Verify the name listed on the account

Verify the social security number
|
|
Provide a forwarding mailing address
|
Service will be discontinued on the date you request and a final bill and/or refund
will be mailed to you.
