Filling out an application

All applicants for commercial service must apply at our office in person.

New applicants will be required to complete Industrial Pre-Treatment and New User Surveys. Applicants will also be required to bring in a photocopy of a business document containing the Federal Identification Number or Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the business.

Commercial water accounts must also have a reduced pressure zone backflow prevention device installed and tested at their business within 30 days from the date service is started at the business. Please see the Backflow Prevention Testers page for a list of CCUA approved backflow prevention testers.

You must apply for service at least two (2) business days in advance of when service needs to be turned on at your business.

The amount of your security deposit and base facility charges will be determined based on the size of the meter required by your business.

You may contact our Backflow Prevention Administrator to verify that these forms have been received and that no additional information will be required when you visit our office.
