Plan Review Process
- Submit construction plans and required documents to Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) Development Services.
- Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) will review the submittal for compliance with Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) standards and specifications.
- If revisions are required, redline comments will be returned.
- Revised plans must be resubmitted for approval.
- Once plans are approved, construction may begin.
- As-built drawings must be submitted and approved prior to final acceptance.
- Incomplete submittals may result in review delays.

The Review Cycle: Upon submission of your 3 sets of plans, our team enters a review cycle to verify compliance with Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) standards.
Re-Submittals: If changes are required, a red-line markup set will be returned to you. Resubmitting addressed comments clearly and completely will significantly speed up the issuance of your permit.
