To alleviate the entire body of rate payers from having to absorb the cost of this service a convenience charge is only assessed to customers who elect to utilize this service.
The Authority has a year round gift certificate program where you can pay another person’s utility bill or portion of their bill. You may elect to anonymously pay someone’s bill if you know of someone with a hardship who you would like to help out without them knowing who helped or you can receive a non-redeemable certificate to present to the person showing that their utility bill has been paid.
