To disconnect service to your commercial service via the Web, you must click on the link below and complete the required fields.

Requests for service disconnection must be made at least two (2) business days in advance of when you would like your service disconnected.


On The Phone iconOn the Phone

Most customers may discontinue their service over the phone. To discontinue service to your commercial account, please contact our office at least two (2) business days in advance of when you would like to have service discontinued.

You must be able to:

  • Verify the name on the account
  • Verify the service address
  • Verify Federal Identification Number or Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Provide us with a forwarding mailing address

Service will be discontinued on the date you request and a final bill and/or refund will be mailed to you.
