Current Projects

The Clay County Utility Authority is always working to provide better utility services to our customers and to expand our service area, while causing as little inconvenience as possible. The Authority currently has construction crews working on projects in the following areas:

County Road 220 Water Line Upgrades (Fleming Island - Middleburg)
Anticipate occasional nighttime, single-lane closures with flaggers in the westbound lane of County Road 220 from Habersham Harbor Drive west to Silver Point, April 1 through September 10, 2024, for CCUA water line upgrades. The project could take up to 365 days to complete and includes temporary pavement in the median and a traffic shift to maintain the two westbound lanes for the majority of the project.
