During construction it may be necessary to block your driveway for a couple of days while the pipe is
fused together. If your driveway is affected by this we will give you two days advanced notice and will work
with you to try and minimize any inconvenience this may cause.
It is our desire to minimize any inconvenience to you, and it is certainly our intent to restore any area
disturbed by the construction to as near its present condition as is reasonably practical.
Our employees and subcontractors have been instructed to be courteous and considerate of your needs.
Therefore, if you encounter any problems with our staff, subcontractor, or the restoration work that is done, then
we certainly invite you to call our office, and we will be glad to respond to your concerns. Any complaints or
concerns you may have can be more quickly addressed if you will get in contact directly with me at (904) 213-
We appreciate your patience and understanding as CCUA works to improve the utility system which serves the community in which we all live and work.
