On January 01, 2025, the Clay County Utility Authority transitioned to a new eProcurement solution (OpenGov) for publishing solicitations and receiving vendor responses.
The purpose of the CCUA Procurement Department is to protect the integrity of the procurement process while supporting the goals of the Authority; this is achieved by purchasing and providing quality goods and services at competitive prices and providing responsive and responsible service to all the Authority’s department while meeting the needs of the customers.
