Customers will earn interest on their deposit annually, and the interest will be applied as a credit to their utility bill. Customers may become eligible to have their deposit credited back to their account after maintaining 24 consecutive months of good payment history. Upon disconnection of service, any remaining deposit will be applied to the final bill, and any unused balance will be refunded.
