What is the Utility doing to tighten its belt that could eliminate passing this fee on to ratepayers?

This is a fair question that we have asked ourselves. We are always looking for efficiencies and have made several improvements this year, unfortunately the savings from operational efficiencies will not cover the substantial funding needed for Alternative Water Supply. Efficiency Accomplishments we have accomplished in the past year.
