Temporary Water Bill Exemption Program Now Available

In response to the ongoing federal government shutdown, CCUA is offering a Temporary Water Bill Penalty and Service Disconnection Exemption Program to support customers who are federal employees currently experiencing a loss of income.

Eligible customers may qualify for:

Suspension of late payment penalties and service disconnections during the shutdown.
Flexible repayment options once regular pay resumes.

To apply, customers must provide proof of federal employment and complete a short affidavit confirming their affected status.
